Whey Protein: Why Top Athletes Choose It and You Will Too

We all have different opinions on what we believe is the healthiest diet to maintain. While I’m still learning something new everyday, I thoroughly enjoy sharing the interesting healthy products I’ve come across. Per several different personal trainers at different times (that are friends, their advice free of charge), I’ve been consistently told that whey protein (especially whey protein isolate) is a great protein choice to add to your diet.
